NO !! This is one horribly executed system they have designed to harass their customers.
Sample two of my cases.
Case 1 :
While recharging online, there was an option of FTT 194 voucher that claimed 194 Rs full talk time. (See the screenshot). So I recharged the same (Date 02.12.2012 ) But I didn't received "full talk time". I got only 169.66 Rs. from 194 voucher.
For this issue - I waited for 4 days in hope that full talktime will be credited. Then I mailed it on 06.12.2012. NO RESPONSE !!
Then only after my Tweets to them, it was solved. I had to follow-up for more than FIFTEEN days !! Just to get measly amount of 24 Rs !!!!
And for this simple issue - i had to follow up with NODAL OFFICE !! They argued "Your screenshot doesn't show that you had selected 'Gujarat' circle while recharging. We are reverting back 24 Rs as a SERVICE GESTURE"
How convenient !! Now I have to learn from someone how to make recharges !!!
NOW HERE COMES Case 2 :
Due to bitter experiences of past - now i have started to take SCREENSHOT of each transaction before executing them while recharging online from Vodafone site.

Now again -
I recharged with FTT 316 voucher on 20.01.2013
Waited till Jan 25 for full talktime.
And voila !! Still nothing happened.
Vodafone credited only 278.24 in my prepaid initially, and balance 37.76 Rs are still awaited.
This time I directly took help of twitter. So someone named Aarti called me and after hearing my issue,
she plainly said "Sir, woh to aapke account mein aa gaya hoga, next 2-3 days mein."
Me : "Why don't you check your systems?"
She : "Wait a minute sir.......ummmm ..... yes, it is not credited, let me get back to you in sometime"
after few minutes
She : "Sir, i checked in systems, your number is not eligible for full talktime under that offer"
Me : "I KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO SAY THAT. I HAVE SCREENSHOT THIS TIME"
She : "Sir please mail the issue on vodafone care email id with screenshot"
Me : "THANKS"
AND..... THE WAIT FOR JUST 37.76 Rs. IS STILL ON. AFTER SEVEN DAYS, THEIR ''2 WORKING DAYS'' HAVEN'T COMPLETED YET. ANY EXPLANATION FOR THIS DEAR VODAFONE ???? Do I have to beg for money each time i make recharges online??
